Putkaran (Karan) Thiagarajah is a highly accomplished accounting and finance professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate accounting across Canada. His expertise spans office, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use property portfolios, with a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration, property management accounting, audit coordination, and corporate compliance.

Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Mantella Corporation, Karan plays a key role in assisting financial reporting, property accounting operations, tenant recoveries, consolidated financial statements, month-end and year-end close processes.

Throughout his career, Karan has held senior accounting and leadership positions with several of Canada's most respected real estate organizations, including Main and Main Developments, Manulife Real Estate, Berkley Property Management, GWL Realty Advisors, Ingenium Group, and Oxford Properties Group.

He holds the professional designations of CPA, CGA, ACMA (UK), and CGMA, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and financial expertise.
